- Quoting. To quote a cleaning job without seeing all the variables mentioned bellow is difficult at best. The following is not a guarantee of a price but will give you a general idea of where our rates can fall. The service cost varies depending on:
- Frequency of cleaning. Condition of the home. Pets living inside the home or not. Size of home. Number of people living in home. We will come by your residence and give you a quote at a time which is convenient for you. The visit is performed by one of our managers and usually takes from 15 to 45 minutes depending on your schedule. During the visit we answer any specific questions you may have about our company and services and establish the scope of the assignment by touring your house and listing what you would like done during the initial cleaning and regular housekeeping visits. Once you established the scope of the assignments, we estimate the time the housekeeping will take and give you a price.
